Onsite Educational Services: 

The following classes are available:TurnOver™ Administrator Workshop, TurnOver™ Project Workshop, TurnOver™ Programmer’s Workshop, TurnOver™ Advanced Programmer’s Workshop, TurnOver™ Express Desk, TurnOver™ eCM Workshop

Arcad™ Classes for Observer, Skipper, Verifier, Customer, Repository Loading, MacroMaker.

Rate:  Consistent Change onsite Educational Services are on a per day basis plus all travel related expenses.  In consideration for the Services, Company agrees to pay Consistent Change reasonable travel, living and out-of-pocket expenses incurred by its consultants in performing the Services. 

Onsite Implementation Assistance

Consistent Change will provide side by side hands on assistance for any of the tasks necessary to get your change management or project system up and running. 

Rate:  Consistent Change will provide the Services on a time and materials basis over an agreed upon  period.  Consistent Change onsite Services are on a per day basis plus all travel related expenses.  In consideration for the Services, Company agrees to pay Consistent Change reasonable travel, living and out-of-pocket expenses incurred by its consultants in performing the Services.  Depending on the duration of the services, the daily rate will be negotiable.

Remote Assistance

Consistent Change will provide setup, administrative, or other assistance.  This can be done over a VPN.  Company is responsible for providing VPN and instructions, along with necessary access to perform the required duties.

Rate:  Consistent Change will provide the Services on a time and materials basis over an agreed upon  period.  Consistent Change remote Services are per hour billed in whole hour increments.  There will be a front end hourly  setup charge while the communications issues are resolved.

Remote Training

Consistent Change,LLC, will provide a modified version of any of the onsite classes over the web using GOTOMEETING.  These sessions are designed to be a one on one where a new person needs to come up to speed in a condensed format.

Rate:  Consistent Change will provide the Services on a time and materials basis over an agreed upon period.  Consistent Change remote Services are billed per hour.

Upgrade Services

We would be glad to evaluate your current situation and propose an appropriate upgrade path.  This service is designed for customers who are not on the most current version but just don’t have the time or personnel to get them there.

Support Services

You will probably want to use the appropriate 800 numbers for your vendor for any questions that you might have.  If you are looking for short term help on an issue we would be glad to spend the time with you.

Retainer AssignmentsI

f you would like someone available remotely for a set number of hours a month, this can be arranged.

Rate: The rate will be determined by the scope and duration of the retainer contract.

Audit Services

Would you like someone to look at how you are currently using your change management product?  Would you like some suggestions on improvement and best practices?  We will provide an interview process and an evaluation process that will then be the basis for a report to let you know our findings and recommendations.

Needs Assessment

Looking for new software to control some portion of your application life cycle?  Would you like someone to come in and interview your people and create a needs assessment?  The deliverables of this process would be a list of required features that you can then use in a request for proposal with multiple vendors.Rate: The rate will be a on a per day basis.

Deliverables:

The exact deliverables will be agreed by Consistent Change and Company in a letter which will outline the scope of services for the engagement.  Examples of the deliverables might include status reports, implementation plans, etc.
