WestComp was established in 1995 to provide IBM i software and technical services. Today the Consistent Change division offers strong support for automated SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) for multiple vendors. 


In association with Consistent Change  is proud to be able to provide training and implementation support for Midrange Dynamics’ suite of products, the most complete change management package available in the IBMi marketplace.


Utilizing the ITIL frame work, Consistent Change services include ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) consulting to assist with evaluation, configuration and implementation of service desks, request, and project management. Experience with BMC’s Footprints, SoftLanding’s Express Desk, Aldon’s Community Manager Products is paired with the wealth of knowledge that comes from implementing service desk and helpdesk functionality at businesses worldwide.
