Founding Partner

With over 30 years experience on the IBM mid-range systems and over two decades supporting consistent software change methodologies.  Donna is exceptionally skilled in evaluating software change management on the IBMi.

Experience gained from implementation SDLC Methodologies in hundreds of corporations has given her a well-rounded view of client development needs, audit requirements, and testing principles. 

Building on strong foundation of controls, ITIL certification and service management experience with BMC's footprints (also branded as Aldon Commnunity Manager).  Ms. Westmoreland provides consulting services that encompass the IT service lifecycle.
